Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Processor to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with precision, classifying various documents based on client specifications, and handling medical documentation (MEDI forms) with the utmost care and confidentiality.
This full-time position offers a predictable schedule with Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, with no required weekend work. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in your home office setup. This is a remote position, allowing you to work comfortably from your own space while remaining connected to our supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy, meeting and exceeding client requirements and quality standards.
- Conducting manual identification and review of various types of forms, with particular emphasis on MEDI (medical) documentation.
- Classifying and categorizing documents according to established client guidelines and specifications.
- Working across multiple task types including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry functions as required.
- Following established procedures and guidelines meticulously to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Complying with all company policies, security protocols, and industry standards.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
- Remaining flexible to support business needs, including occasional weekend availability when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Must pass a typing test demonstrating a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of professional work experience in an office or similar environment.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week within the specified schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service orientation and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
