  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop other software engineers, data scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers across teams. You will guide junior team members, share best practices, and help build a high-performing technical team.
  • Technical Representation: Represent arenaflex at major Machine Learning conferences such as Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS), International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML), and International Conference on Learning Representations (ICML). Your thought leadership will help position arenaflex as an industry innovator.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will evangelize your team's work and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
