About the Role

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that offers a hybrid work schedule. You will enjoy the best of both worlds by spending Tuesdays and Thursdays collaborating in our Teaneck office, while working remotely from home for the remainder of the week. This balanced approach allows for meaningful team interactions while providing the flexibility to work in a comfortable, distraction-free environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing critical business data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your daily activities will include:


  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter new customer and sales distributor information into our ERP system, ensuring all records are complete, properly formatted, and stored in the appropriate database fields. Update existing accounts with current information, including contact details, purchasing history, and account status changes.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Thoroughly verify the accuracy of all source documents before data entry, including invoices, purchase orders, customer forms, and distributor agreements. Process documents efficiently while maintaining严格的准确性标准. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
