Position Summary


The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities


As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our claims coordination process. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Data Entry and Claims Processing: You will be primarily responsible for accurately entering claims information into our sophisticated claims management systems. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of data.

  • Claims Follow-Up: You will proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner. Your proactive approach will help prevent delays and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Invoice Review and Accuracy: You will carefully review invoices to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies that may require attention. Your commitment to precision will help maintain the integrity of our financial processes.

  • Report Compilation: You will compile comprehensive reports from our systems containing claims information, providing valuable insights and data that support decision-making across the organization.

  • Customer Communication: You will interact with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to gather information, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service representing the arenaflex brand.

  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in claims processing.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer and typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
