What You'll Do

As a Night Shift Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers during evening hours. This position is crucial to our 24/7 commitment to healthcare organizations that rely on our platform around the clock. You'll work closely with members from across the greater Customer Experience organization to deliver creative solutions to support requests and project-based assignments.

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide first-class support experiences for arenaflex's customers by implementing our industry-leading best practices. You'll be the frontline ambassador of our commitment to excellence.

  • Maintain Professional Excellence: Preserve a professional and positive attitude in all customer and company interactions, both internal and external. Your demeanor will represent arenaflex's values and culture.

  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with members of the CX organization to complete project-based assignments within defined time frames and meeting identified deadlines. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do.

  • Manage Customer Expectations: Set and manage appropriate customer expectations around resolution and response times, adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs) with precision and care.

  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high customer satisfaction and low customer effort by providing solutions to issues in a timely fashion. When challenges arise beyond your scope, escalate to senior team members appropriately.

  • Master Our Solutions: Hold a high degree of functional knowledge of arenaflex solutions. You'll become an expert in our platform to better serve our customers.

  • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate tracking of time, cases, projects, contacts, and accounts within designated systems, following arenaflex best practices for documentation and record-keeping.

  • Provide Night Shift Coverage: As part of the support team, you'll provide essential night shift coverage, ensuring our healthcare customers have access to support whenever they need it.

Experience and Qualifications

What You Bring


  • Education: High School Diploma / GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience in customer service or tech support.

  • Customer Service Background: Demonstrated experience in customer service or technical support roles with a track record of success.

  • Protocol Adherence: Ability to follow protocols and policies as defined by arenaflex and CX Leadership.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software systems and technologies quickly.

  • Availability: Must be able to work night shift hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)


  • Computer programming skills or previous technical support experience

  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector

  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms

  • Knowledge of workforce management or scheduling software

  • Additional language proficiency
