What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, representing us with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer support that exceeds expectations and reinforces our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Support Excellence: Handle incoming customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and expertise. Listen actively to understand their needs and provide solutions that resolve their issues completely.
  • Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and courteously through phone, chat, and email channels. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor even in challenging situations.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues independently, using critical thinking and product knowledge to find effective solutions. Know when to escalate complex matters to ensure proper resolution.
  • Accurate Documentation: Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system. Maintain detailed records that enable seamless follow-up and service continuity.

Technical Requirements for Home Office

To ensure you can deliver the excellent service our customers deserve, arenaflex requires all remote agents to maintain specific technical standards in their home workspace:


  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, closed-door office space free from background noise and distractions. An ergonomic desk and chair that support safe, comfortable work throughout your shift.
  • High-Speed Internet: Consistently reliable cable or DSL internet service with minimum download speeds of 30 Mbps. Wireless or satellite connections are not permitted for security and reliability reasons.
  • Monitor Setup: A stand-alone monitor of at least 24 inches (two monitors recommended). Note that TVs, laptops, all-in-one computers, or tablet monitors are not compatible with our provided systems.
  • Wired Connection: A hardwired internet connection with your modem/router located within 6 feet of your desk. A landline phone is not required, as we provide everything you need for voice communications.
  • Web Camera: Readiness to engage through video for required meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations.
  • Secondary Device (Helpful): Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop can be useful for viewing training materials while practicing on your primary workstation.

arenaflex provides all remote agents with a complete workstation including: desktop computer, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and professional headset – at no cost to you.

Training and Development

We believe in investing in our people, which is why arenaflex provides comprehensive, world-class training that sets you up for success from day one.


  • Paid Training Program: Two weeks of full-time paid training (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST) conducted from your home office.
  • Expert Instructors: Learn from experienced trainers who are passionate about customer service excellence and dedicated to your success.
  • Real-World Practice: Gain hands-on experience with live systems and scenarios that prepare you for actual customer interactions.
  • Ongoing Support: Even after training ends, you'll have access to resources, mentors, and continuous learning opportunities.

Schedule and Availability

We understand that work-life balance matters, which is why we offer predictable scheduling with flexibility where possible:


  • Various start dates available from September through October

  • Three shifts per week after training, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

  • Select your start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM CST

  • Shifts end by 6:00 PM CST daily

  • Request one weekend off per month (some blackout periods apply during special promotions and holiday peaks)

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we recognize that your time and expertise deserve fair compensation and meaningful benefits.


  • Competitive Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour

  • Weekend Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked Friday at noon through Sunday at 11:59 PM

  • Paid Training: Full pay during your two-week training program
