About This Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring availability for the following shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Days off will be determined based on business needs. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer questions and comments via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Issue Resolution: Research and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction, following established protocols and escalation procedures.
- Written Correspondence: Follow up on all written correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring no customer inquiry goes unanswered.
- Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager on duty as necessary, ensuring timely resolution of escalated concerns.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and maintain seamless communication across teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other customer service team members to promote an environment of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Maintenance: Uphold the highest quality standards for individual output while managing the intensity of a high-volume inbound call center environment.

- Reliable internet speed of 50 Mbps or greater with Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
- Availability for the specified shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center environments.
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
- Working knowledge of website navigation and e-commerce platforms.
