What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
In this multifaceted role, you'll be trained to handle a broad spectrum of customer service interactions, becoming a trusted advisor for our diverse customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Relationship Building: Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, empathy, and utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Billing Expertise: Become an expert at simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features. You'll translate complex technical information into clear, understandable language that empowers customers to make informed decisions.
- Advanced Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues such as voice and data problems that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements. You'll need to keep up with changes to technology and applications to provide the best resolution for every customer.
- Sales and Consultative Selling: Meet monthly sales goals by delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. Your consultative approach will help customers discover solutions that truly meet their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide comprehensive customer resolutions.
- Specialized Services: Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with professionalism and expertise.
- Product Activation: Get customers up and running with the latest products and services such as air cards, USB devices, as well as arenaflex-provided software and applications.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records while ensuring data integrity and security.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Prior call center or customer service experience is required. You should be comfortable handling high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and composure.
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in customer-friendly language.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and navigating multiple tools, systems, and applications while keeping pace with evolving technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Previous experience in sales, retention, or technical support roles.

Work From Home Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the following home office setup:
- Internet Service: Verified internet service that is secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connectivity (minimum requirements will be provided) to support business needs.
- Dedicated Workspace: An established dedicated work area including a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. Your workspace should be in alignment with WFH standards regarding technical setup, security, physical arrangement, noise levels, and Clean Desk policy.
- Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment including keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and other tools needed to get started.
- Accountability: You must be available, accessible, and accountable during established work schedules and shifts. This includes following technical support processes, complying with organizational security and compliance standards, and participating in performance management routines.
- Monitoring Consent: Willingness to participate in workspace audits including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, and other monitoring activities as required.
