Schedule and Availability
Flexibility is key to success in this role. As a Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative, you must be available to work hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on a float shift basis. Additionally, you will be required to work one weekend day, with weekend hours falling between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please note that Black Friday is a mandatory workday.
Hours will vary based on call volume, ranging from 8 to 40 hours per week. On average, you can expect to work approximately 16-20 hours per week. This variability provides flexibility while ensuring that our customers receive the support they need during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the arenaflex customer care team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to our commitment to excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Phone-Based Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance, answering their questions, and providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Identify opportunities to enhance their experience through up-selling and cross-selling of arenaflex products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Ensure that each interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling transactions related to purchases, returns, and refunds as needed.
- Administrative Support: Complete various administrative projects and tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the call center, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Product and Policy Expertise: Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of arenaflex products, policies, and procedures. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide authoritative and reliable support to customers.
- Technology Utilization: Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools. Efficiently navigate Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel, to perform job duties effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience

- Education: An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of inbound, phone-based customer service and sales experience is strongly preferred. This experience should demonstrate your ability to handle customer interactions professionally and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use technology tools and resources required to perform job duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You must be able to interact professionally with customers and accurately record information in our systems.
- Customer Service Orientation: Proven customer service skills with a commitment to providing top-notch, outstanding service to every customer.

Remote Work Requirements
As a remote employee, you must meet the following technical and environmental requirements:

Training and Development
