About the Role

arenaflex is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Part-Time Data Entry Associate to partner with our clinical teams and ensure the highest quality transfer of high-volume data within our patient care platforms. This position reports directly to one of our clinical leaders and is responsible for the daily entry of high-priority data that allows our clinicians to interact more effectively and efficiently with patients within our care portals.

What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate Data Entry: Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields with precision, translating information as appropriate for language specifications and ensuring consistency across all platforms.


• Data Verification and Quality Control: Collect, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy and completeness of data before it is entered into our systems, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.


• Error Identification and Correction: Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them promptly to supervisors when independent resolution is not possible.


• Document Management: Upload virtual documents and file them in appropriate locations within our secure systems, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.


• Distribution and Reporting: Distribute documents as needed and provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support clinical team operations.


• Database Management: Create or modify databases according to the evolving needs of the clinical team, contributing to process improvements and system optimization.


• User Support: Provide direction and assistance to users of information regarding data requirements, documentation standards, and the status of paperwork.


• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clinical staff to maintain high-priority data entry deadlines and ensure seamless workflow integration.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume data entry role, demonstrating the ability to handle large quantities of information accurately and efficiently.


• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to translate and enter data accurately in both languages.


• Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with experience working across multiple platforms, including Smartsheets, Google Suite, and Excel. Comfort with learning new software systems is essential.


• Availability: Ability to work 20 hours weekly across a variety of tasks and timelines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


• Time Management: Expert time-management skills with the ability to effectively keep other team members updated with priorities and needs to meet specific deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
