What You'll Do as a Pre-Licensed Representative
As a vital member of our customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to policyholders while developing your expertise in the insurance industry. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Product Recommendations: Evaluate policyholder needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them select the most appropriate coverage options for their unique situations.
- Team Mentorship: Share your expertise with first-level representatives by advising them on handling high-level issues, contributing to overall team success.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain thorough knowledge of company and departmental guidelines to ensure all interactions meet regulatory and organizational standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with desktop computer systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and work prioritization abilities
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
