What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply answering calls—you'll be an integral part of our customer experience ecosystem, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Mastering Inbound Communications: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while establishing genuine rapport with each customer. You'll be the first point of contact for many and will set the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex.
  • Technical Proficiency: Learn and utilize our advanced computer system applications to accurately process transactions, update customer information, and maintain detailed records. Your ability to navigate these systems efficiently will be key to your success.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Educate customers on our comprehensive range of products and services through phone, email, and chat communications. You'll become the go-to resource for product knowledge and service inquiries.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide basic troubleshooting support, including product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and effective problem resolution. You'll use your analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and team members. Your collaborative spirit will help foster a supportive work environment and contribute to team success.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on all communications, training materials, and protocol updates to ensure you're always providing accurate information and following best practices.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a customer service role, where you've honed your communication and problem-solving skills.

Competitive Compensation

We recognize and reward your hard work. The hourly salary range for this position varies based on your location:


  • Washington: $20.29 - $25.00 per hour

  • Nevada: $18.67 - $23.00 per hour

  • Arizona, Idaho, Montana: $17.45 - $21.50 per hour

Your pay will be determined based on your experience and qualifications, ensuring you feel valued from day one.

Performance Recognition

We believe in celebrating achievements. You'll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus of up to $2,000 of your base salary, recognizing your contributions to our team's success.
