At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on being a leading force in the IT consulting and services industry, leveraging modern technologies to transform businesses across diverse sectors. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while representing one of the most respected names in the business. We've created this opportunity for candidates residing in the United States who are ready to take their customer service career to the next level.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Food Service Client operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class support to our Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers. This isn't your typical customer service job – you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex, handling service inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Our team members establish and maintain what we call "Gold Standard" business relationships – partnerships built on trust, reliability, and exceptional service. You'll maintain predetermined brand distribution percentages for our customer base, ensuring that our clients receive exactly what they need, when they need it. This role requires someone who pays close attention to detail, can think on their feet, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
The position involves receiving and responding to inbound call inquiries and communications from customers, marketing associates, and other customer service representatives. You'll also make outbound calls as needed to follow up on issues, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. If you're ready for a role that keeps you engaged, learning, and growing, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of activities that keep our operations running smoothly. Here's what you can expect:
- Sales and Sales Support Interactions: Handle inquiries from Customers and Sales Associates through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat. This includes general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and comprehensive order management support.
- Technical System Utilization: Use our computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. You'll become proficient in multiple platforms that help us serve our customers effectively.
- Problem Resolution: Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems independently. You'll be trained to handle a variety of scenarios with confidence and competence.
- Issue Documentation and Escalation: Document all issues thoroughly, identify appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, and escalate when necessary. This includes handling matters related to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.
- Customer Empowerment: Actively redirect incoming callers to self-service options when appropriate, helping customers become more self-sufficient while ensuring they still receive the support they need.
- Proactive Follow-up: Perform outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
- Order Processing: Process orders and handle other related voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs. This may include data entry, email correspondence, and other administrative duties.
