Join arenaflex: Pioneering the Future of Enterprise Cloud & Data Solutions

Welcome to arenaflex – where innovation meets transformation. We have been at the forefront of a remarkable technological journey, leading the charge as the first major financial institution to fully embrace the public cloud while navigating the complex landscape of highly regulated industries. Our transformation has been nothing short of revolutionary: we've built a world-class engineering organization, completely re-architected our applications and data platforms, and emerged as a leader in machine learning at scale. From our groundbreaking AI capabilities to our suite of enterprise-ready tools, arenaflex is redefining what's possible in the digital age.

Throughout our journey, we've developed internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business operating at massive scale. We've open-sourced several of the powerful software tools we built (like Cloud Custodian and Hygieia) and forged strategic partnerships with industry leaders including Microsoft and other digital pioneers. Now, we're taking the next bold step – bringing our enterprise-grade B2B software solutions to market to help other businesses accelerate their cloud and data transformations.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join arenaflex Software at a pivotal moment in our growth trajectory. We're seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to lead our Customer Solutions Architecture team. If you're entrepreneurial by nature, thrive in collaborative environments, and excel at helping customers align technical solutions with business outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview: Manager, Customer Solutions Architect

As a Manager of Customer Solutions Architecture at arenaflex Software, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our enterprise B2B software offerings. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, serving as a trusted advisor to technically skilled customers while collaborating closely with our internal Product and Engineering teams.

We're looking for individuals who love learning and introducing new technology – people who can help colleagues and customers embrace innovation while considering the real value our technology creates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing technical roles, experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. • Requirements Analysis: Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environments to support customer needs.

  • Technology Evangelist: Stay current with emerging technology options and products, evaluating which solutions would benefit customers and identifying opportunities for arenaflex to develop new capabilities.
