Purpose of the Role

In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of groundbreaking pre-sales initiatives, including targeted assessments, comprehensive process analysis, competitive benchmarking, detailed customer journey mapping, mystery shopping programs, and other strategic tools that provide critical insights and actionable solution recommendations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating existing proposals and capturing client attention as you showcase arenaflex's extensive range of services and capabilities. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in driving our pre-sales and customer experience initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including dynamic solution demonstrations and compelling proposal preparations that clearly communicate the value proposition of arenaflex's services.
  • Specialized Assessment Design & Leadership: Lead and design customized assessments to surface pain-points and identify opportunities within prospects' targeted processes, functions, or customer journeys. Utilize your analytical expertise to transform findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Conduct detailed and comprehensive customer journey mapping exercises to identify key touchpoints, moments of truth, and significant opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations across people, process, and technology dimensions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • CX & Mystery Shopping Initiatives: Design and execute sophisticated CX and mystery shopping initiatives to thoroughly assess and benchmark the quality of customer experiences across various touchpoints. Develop evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
  • Insights Generation & Recommendation Development: Analyze comprehensive customer feedback data, generate meaningful insights, and recommend continuous improvements or groundbreaking innovations aligned with arenaflex's diverse service and product offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Benchmarking: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to benchmark existing client and prospect practices, customer experience strategies, and operating models. Identify insights and opportunities for measurable improvement.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead interactive workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface improvement opportunities and develop recommended actions precisely aligned with targeted business objectives.
  • Transformation Narrative Development: Assist in the creation and development of compelling transformation and solutions narratives tailored for targeted clients and prospects, demonstrating arenaflex's unique value proposition.
  • Independent Client Consulting: Deliver client-facing consulting engagements and assessments independently, building trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving regional and global departmental targets related to benefit realization and measurable business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications are highly valued.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in customer experience management, process improvement, and consulting, including roles specifically focused on customer journey mapping, process optimization, and pre-sales support.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets and translating quantitative insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You must be able to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Strategic Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing tailored customer experience strategies and pre-sales approaches that drive measurable business outcomes.
