About Miss EmpowHer


Miss EmpowHer is a women's community that offers tailored professional development, networking, and lifestyle experiences for Gen Z and Millennial women. The brand combines content creation, community-building, and curated experiences to empower women in personal and professional growth. We are looking for interns that want to gain experience and or skills in the following areas:  Social Media, Email Marketing, UGC Content, Public Relations, etc.


Key Responsibilities


The LinkedIn Content & Community Intern will play a critical role in expanding Miss EmpowHer's professional reach and engagement. Your work will focus on:


  • Content Creation & Scheduling:
    • Develop and write engaging, professional-focused content (posts, articles, carousels) tailored specifically for the LinkedIn audience, aligning with Miss EmpowHer's brand voice and mission.
    • Research and identify trending topics in career development, finance, entrepreneurship, and women's leadership to inform content strategy.
    • Schedule and publish content consistently using a social media management tool.
  • 'Spotlight Her' Series Management:
    • Assist in the planning, production, and promotion of the Miss EmpowHer Spotlight Her Series on LinkedIn. This includes:
      • Identifying, researching, and nominating inspiring women for features.
      • Drafting compelling narratives and visual assets for each spotlight post.
      • Developing a strategic schedule to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Community Engagement & Growth:
    • Monitor and actively engage with comments, messages, and mentions to foster a vibrant, supportive professional community.
    • Identify and connect with relevant individuals, groups, and potential partners on LinkedIn to grow Miss EmpowHer's network.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through-rate (CTR), providing reports and actionable insights.
  • Platform & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest LinkedIn features, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Contribute creative ideas for new LinkedIn-specific content formats and campaigns.

Qualifications


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
  • Strong working knowledge of the LinkedIn platform, including its professional content formats and community features.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and professional copy.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for Miss EmpowHer's mission of women's empowerment, leadership, and professional growth.
