Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels with a high level of customer service skills, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


• Manage calls for a Third-Party Claims Administrator, utilizing effective communication skills to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems.


• Document all calls appropriately, following all procedures as dictated by policy and procedures.


• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.


• Work continuously towards professional development, expanding your knowledge of cases and projects that the client handles, and utilizing downtime productively.


• Reliably and dependably adhere to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage unless otherwise directed by the team Supervisor.


• Attend all scheduled training as required.


• Accomplish other general tasks as required or necessary.

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older.


• 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience.


• Typing 35-40 WPM.


• Schedule Flexibility.


• Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy.


• Ability to deal with customers from diverse backgrounds.


• Excellent computer skills, with quick and accurate typing, the ability to open several applications at one time, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.


• Quality Customer Service Skills.


• Ability to handle escalated calls, with empathy and professionalism.


• Decision making and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent time management skills.
