About the Role

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:


  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone, via email, or through other communication channels.

  • Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Working collaboratively with a team of Customer Service Advocates to achieve shared goals and objectives.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be expected to:


  • Quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize sales and customer service communication skills to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of Customer Service Advocates to achieve shared goals and objectives.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Are You a Good Fit?

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • A stable work history and a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
