What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager on our Third-Party Marketplace team, you'll be the bridge between arenaflex and our seller partners. Your mission will be to identify, acquire, and develop relationships with high-potential sellers to expand our product selection and enhance the overall customer experience. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Market Intelligence: Develop a thorough understanding of the USA e-commerce landscape, including market segments, seasonal trends, and competitive dynamics. Stay ahead of industry developments and continuously monitor competitor efforts to identify opportunities for arenaflex.
- Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-caliber sellers to join our platform through direct sales outreach, virtual events, and compelling presentations. You'll be the face of arenaflex, convincing key marketplace players to partner with us.
- Seller Enablement: Guide sellers through their journey by sharing best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve excellence in delivery, customer experience, and business growth. You'll be their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve seller issues, ensuring smooth operations and maximum seller success on our platform.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Research product selection gaps and implement go-to-market strategies that attract key players to our e-commerce ecosystem, maximizing our product variety and customer base.
- Performance Optimization: Use analytical tools and data to track seller performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience. Prior experience in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solution-focused sales approaches.
- Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly, present persuasively, and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs. Comfort with analytics tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and remain enthusiastic about success and winning in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Business Judgment: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions that align with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in marketplace or platform environments.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience with a track record of consistent achievement.
- Experience launching new products or services into new markets.
- Familiarity with the USA market and cross-cultural business practices.
