Position Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Digital Advertising Operations & Account Management Specialist to join our Global Partnerships team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our publisher and advertiser partners, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Advertising Operations & Account Management Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:


  • Partner Support & Account Management: Provide exceptional support to business clients through optimization, reporting, and analysis. Build strong relationships with publishers and advertisers to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that drive results.
  • Performance Optimization: Support the performance and optimization of arenaflex's automated advertising and platform solutions. Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve ROI for our partners.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to our global publisher and advertiser teams. Provide guidance on platform features, implementation best practices, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and productivity goals. Ensure a positive experience for every partner you work with.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate insightful reports and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to partners. Use data-driven approaches to solve challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and marketing to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, operations, project management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing industry and collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


  • Experience using advertising serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AdMob, DV360, or similar ad tech solutions.
  • Experience in streamlining operational processes through automation, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of online advertising solutions including ad serving, campaign management, and key platforms and trends across desktop, mobile, and video.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integration concepts.
