What You'll Do
As an integral member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Policyholder Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with their auto insurance policies, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Billing Inquiries: Handle questions related to billing, payments, account balances, and payment plan options, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Policy Modifications: Process policy changes including address updates, vehicle additions or removals, coverage adjustments, and deductible modifications.
- Product Recommendations: Assess customer needs and provide informed recommendations about coverage options, discounts, and policy enhancements that best suit their situation.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes while maintaining our commitment to service excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our computer systems, updating account information and noting important details for future reference.

Competitive Compensation
We offer a starting salary of $21.34 per hour, which translates to approximately $43,000.10 annually. Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year, and top performers can see increases up to 15%! Your earning potential grows with your skills and commitment to excellence.
