Farm Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable farm worker to join our team and assist in all aspects of our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops

• Operating farm equipment and machinery

• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and facilities

• Feeding and caring for livestock

• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the farm

• Assisting with irrigation and watering systems

• Monitoring crop health and addressing any issues as needed

• Following all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Basic knowledge of farm equipment and machinery

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
