What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding support to our participants. Your primary responsibility is to serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Front-Line Support: Act as the first point of contact for inbound participant requests, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our health and benefits products and services.
- Technical Assistance: Provide real-time technical support for participants navigating our automated phone system and employee website. Troubleshoot issues, guide users through processes, and ensure seamless digital experiences.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our HRS (Health and Retirement Services) products, systems, and procedures. Stay current on product updates, policy changes, and system enhancements.
- Documentation: Accurately log and document all participant conversations, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management system. Ensure detailed records support continuity of care and quality assurance.
- Enrollment Support: Assist participants with open enrollment processes, including updating enrollments, policies, and rates. Ensure all changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including benefits specialists, technical support, and management, to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, suggest workflow improvements, and contribute to team knowledge base development.
