Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive studies, resolving discrepancies, and correcting records to ensure our pharmacy adjudication system's eligibility records match our enrollment package records. This role serves as the authoritative source of truth for critical healthcare data, making your attention to detail and analytical skills essential to our organization's success.

You will work with shared mailboxes and work queues, tackling complex problems arising from multiple regions within the company. Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving errors from various reports, reconciling eligibility data across multiple systems, and performing continuous record monitoring to maintain data integrity. This position requires frequent collaboration with both internal departments and external partners to develop efficient resolutions that address systemic issues and prevent future occurrences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Eligibility Records Analysis: Conduct thorough studies and analysis of pharmacy adjudication system eligibility records to ensure they accurately reflect Aetna enrollment package records, serving as the authoritative source of truth for all eligibility data.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve problems identified through shared mailboxes and work queues, addressing issues originating from various regions across the organization with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Error Identification and Correction: Discover and resolve errors discovered in multiple reports, implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity and prevent future discrepancies.
  • System Reconciliation: Perform eligibility reconciliation between multiple systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all healthcare data platforms.
  • Record Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of records to identify potential issues before they escalate, maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with numerous internal departments and external partners to create efficient and effective solutions that address complex problems and improve overall operational workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all resolved issues, process improvements, and system modifications for future reference and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
