As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clinical databases. Core Data Management Responsibilities
- Perform efficient and accurate data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring precision and timely processing during assigned shifts
- Maintain exceptional data integrity and confidentiality standards, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Process, evaluate, and analyze quality metrics to support organizational improvement initiatives
- Complete comprehensive data entry on all review tools and instruments used across quality management programs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications to manage complex datasets and generate reports
Quality Management & Clinical Review Activities
- Participate in the development and execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan activities
- Conduct clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including state programs such as AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Facilitate post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results and identify improvement areas
- Assist in developing remedial action plans based on review findings and quality metrics
- Create review tools tailored for all populations served by the organization
- Track and monitor completion of remedial action plans to ensure timely implementation
- Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guideline activities to maintain consistency in quality assessments
- Engage actively in QM meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions
Field & Travel Requirements
- Travel to provider offices as needed, up to 80% of the time, to conduct on-site clinical reviews and assessments
- Adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with clinical staff, leadership, and external providers
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Experience: Minimum of one year of healthcare or social health experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Availability: Full-time availability with willingness to work flexible night or day shifts
- Work Environment: Ability to work from home with reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace
- Travel: Willingness to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
