  • *The Role**

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and driving the product vision for the InHome client experience. You'll partner closely with our client success team and work cross-functionally to gather insights and buy-in on initiatives to keep our customer satisfaction scores high. You should be highly autonomous, creative, customer-focused, and comfortable working across both web and mobile stages.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Define and develop an item strategy for the InHome client experience
  • Build the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal partners to push the envelope on creating the best client experience
  • Analyze progress of features through data and key metrics and be able to communicate wins and opportunity areas to leadership effectively
  • Define product KPIs and adjust the product to keep meeting KPIs
  • Lead client research and translate their needs into requirements and business impact
  • Act as a friendly, supportive resource and advocate for clients and their concerns
  • Launch new features on time and with a high level of quality including testing and QA
  • *What You'll Need**
  • 5+ years of experience working as a product manager, with a degree in software engineering, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Specialization in product design for client experience; ideation to launch
  • Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies
  • Passion for emerging technologies

We value candidates with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences, demonstrating expertise in executing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA principles, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would be familiar with accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to make accessible products and services observing arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and rules for supporting a comprehensive culture.
