Position Overview
The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, supporting retail partners, and driving brand awareness within the Northwest Arkansas region. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for understanding consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role offers flexibility with both in-store and remote administrative components, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of field work and desk-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Excellence: Continuously stock top retail accounts including daily pack-outs, display building, resets, placing retail location materials, and refreshing pricing points to align with product promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Event Activation: Support field marketing activities through in-store product demonstrations, event execution, and strategic promotional activities that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
- Administrative Excellence: Organize and document records in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint repositories, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files for the team.
- Presentation Support: Assist the client outreach team in creating PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials for meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately report time, costs, and other daily, weekly, and monthly administrative paperwork and summary recaps as required by the Area Manager.
- Professional Development Program: Successfully complete the arenaflex Assistant Program, which includes weekly student-driven meetings, final project presentations, weekly workshops, and attendance at our annual culmination event in New York.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly and impromptu marketing group meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts across the team.
- Flexible Support: Assist with additional impromptu activities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first attitude.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Completed at least Junior year of college curriculum OR recently accepted your degree. A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the Northwest Arkansas region with the ability to drive within that area daily.
- Transportation: Vehicle required for this job. Must possess a valid and active driver's license with a clean driving record that meets arenaflex standards per our Driving Policy.
- Travel Capability: Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time via plane or vehicle as required by business needs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research abilities and creative thinking to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks accurately and thoroughly.

- Previous experience in event planning or product demonstrations
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience working independently in a field-based role
