As a Customer Service Specialist – Shipment & Delivery Expert, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring the employee's shipping dashboard for incoming orders and packages, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Consolidating or processing outbound shipments according to customer wishes and instructions provided
- Inspecting product boxes for damage and taking and uploading photos to maintain high-quality standards
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers and carriers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Managing ocean/air import shipments, FCL and LCL, to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Providing post-shipment follow-up to ensure personalized customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track shipments and customer interactions
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
