Our Central Operations Team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery across our global network. We are currently seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in India, where you will support arenaflex network countries on contract management activities that are essential to our operations.

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist in Contract Management, you will be responsible for supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Maintenance and Service Agreements (MMA) for our customers across multiple geographies. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, customer service excellence, and analytical skills. You will work closely with local divisions, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate contract setup and efficient service delivery.

Note: The tasks mentioned below are highly customized for arenaflex Turbocharging operations, hence necessary training shall be provided post joining to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist will include, but not be limited to:


  • Setting Up MMA Agreements in ATURB: Once a new agreement is signed, you will support local divisions in setting up the agreement in our ATURB system as per the scope agreed between sales and the customer. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of contractual terms.

  • Yearly Updates of MMA Agreements: You will manage annual updates to existing MMA agreements in case of any changes in scope, materials, service packages, or other relevant modifications. This includes ensuring all documentation remains accurate and current.

  • Data Clean-up and Management: Perform comprehensive data clean-up of agreements as per the established requirements, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across the organization.

  • Service Recommendation Creation: Create periodic service recommendations for customers based on their maintenance budgets, providing expert guidance on optimal service intervals and offerings.

  • Budget Creation and Analysis: Develop maintenance budgets for MMA customers based on yearly maintenance schedulers and remarks from previous service jobs, ensuring financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Turb Lifecycle Care Support: Provide support on setting up and calculating Turb Lifecycle Care programs, helping customers plan for long-term equipment maintenance and optimization.

  • Turbo Marine Care Support: Assist in the setup and calculation of Turbo Marine Care packages, specifically tailored for marine industry customers.

  • SAP S4 Hana Execution: Support the execution of projects in SAP S4 Hana, ensuring seamless integration between contractual agreements and operational processes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different geographies, time zones, and functional areas to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency within the contract management function.

Essential Qualifications & Background

Education and Certification



  • Relevant University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong English language skills are essential (both written and verbal).

  • Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Knowledge and Experience



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global customer support, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy engineering company environment.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools and applications.

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP S4 Hana, is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of contractual agreements, service contracts, or maintenance agreements is preferred.

  • Familiarity with turbocharging technology or related industrial equipment is a plus but not required.
