As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for utilizing our internal resources to develop, implement, and maintain high-performance, versatile, and data-centric solutions across the organization. You'll create and record ideal workflows, working with data, and determining the requirements of end-users. You'll also drive the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire agility and productivity in data analysis methods.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drives the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire agility and productivity in data analysis methods
• Enhances models for deployment on cloud platforms and embedded systems
• Plans and develops AI models using the latest advancements
• Works on NLP and AI engineering design, testing, QA/testing, and improving existing AI models
• Maintains model variants and metadata
• Develops production-level code for AI infrastructure (data pipelines, testing frameworks, model management, MLOPS)
• Upgrades models for execution and versatility (for better latency and throughput)
• Observes model performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Develops design and validation of ideas for testing the latest AI and NLP, voice handling advancements. Performs A/B testing of candidate models
• Works with developers and data scientists to integrate ML models into production systems on the cloud and in embedded systems
• Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields
• Upholds all projects in the Center of Excellence and contributes to high-impact initiatives
• Executes effective training methodologies and incorporates models into production systems

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in speech recognition, or High School diploma/GED and no less than five years of experience in speech recognition
• 2+ years of industry experience in AI and NLP
• Mastery in programming languages such as SQL, Python, deep learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow. Excellent software development experience
• Automated deployment of trained AI models on cloud platforms
• Experience in speech recognition, NLP, voice-to-text processing, speaker ID, speech sentiment analysis, and translation
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership
• Able to travel up to/no less than 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree, Graduate degree, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science
• Experience in research, representation, and interpretation of model results
• Experience with subtlety speech recognition software, speech fusion software, and voice biometrics software
• Working with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud/Google Cloud Platform. MLOps-related experience for pipeline development
• Familiar or conversant in Spanish
• Experience with retail or potentially the healthcare industry
