As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will be the first point of contact for our members, and your skills and knowledge will be essential in providing them with the solutions they need to navigate their healthcare journey. - *Essential Qualifications**
- 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a secure workspace and reliable internet connection
- Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field
- 6 months of work from home experience
- Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
