As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Delivering Exceptional Customer Support**: Coordinate across departments to provide support through all stages of the customer's journey, ensuring a delightful day-to-day experience.
  • **Investigating and Resolving Issues**: Execute a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries (via email, online chat, and occasionally video) and follow up on reported issues, including technical questions, troubleshooting, identifying bugs, fielding feature requests, navigating billing concerns, and coaching customers on best practices.
  • **Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with our Engineering team to investigate bugs and file tickets when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

  • **Collecting and Acting on Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally, identifying patterns in support interactions and taking action to address these patterns.
  • **Contributing to Customer Success Projects**: Assist with various Customer Success projects as needed, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **1+ years of experience in a support role**, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • **Empathy and patience**, with a strong ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions before they're needed.
  • **Analytical skills**, with a keen eye for patterns in customer communications and the ability to create actionable feedback.
  • **Technical acumen**, with a strong understanding of the information needed to debug an issue and the ability to proactively collect this information from customers.
  • **Process improvement skills**, with a willingness to poke holes in processes that aren't working efficiently and suggest actionable alternatives.
  • **Effective communication skills**, with the ability to communicate technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability.
  • **Prioritization and time management skills**, with a strong ability to prioritize well, especially under pressure.

While not required, experience on a support team at a SaaS organization and basic coding skills are a plus.
