Key Responsibilities


  • Manage difficult customer situations, responding promptly to resolve customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Respond to customers and sales team requests for service and assistance, meeting timelines and commitments to drive business growth.

  • Receive orders via phone, fax, or email for orthopedic procedures and enter them into SAP accurately, with a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations.

  • Synthesize complex and diverse information to research issues, resolve complaints, and support data requests, demonstrating a high level of analytical skills.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes, competing demands, or unexpected events, and prioritize tasks and time effectively.

  • Provide vendor set-up information to client hospitals and/or sales representatives, ensuring seamless interactions and driving business growth.

  • Within SAP, create and manage customer account information, pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Verify contract pricing and/or charges for services, making adjustments based on complaints concerning billing or services rendered after proper investigation.

  • Complete electronic payment forms, records change of address notifications, and issues discontinuance orders, demonstrating a high level of organizational skills.

  • Present innovative approaches, ideas, and suggestions to improve customer experience and work processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Build strong and respectful relationships with customers and sales team members, gathering purchase orders in a timely manner, and addressing outstanding surgery cases that have not received purchase orders.

Preferred Qualifications


  • At least 2 years of relevant sales support, data entry, or invoicing experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

  • Experience with SAP (strongly preferred) or other major ERP system, with a high level of knowledge and expertise in this area.
