- *Job Description**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Following approved SOP's to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOP's and giving recommendations for process improvements
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Documenting all activity made to a claim
- Communicating via telephone with a physician, insurance company, and patients
- Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information
- *Responsibilities**
As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- REMOTE WORK: A dedicated work-from-home space
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
- *Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

- *Pay Range**
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.
- *Schedule**
Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
