- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and achieving sales goals. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling all account management, selling activities, and sales goal achievement. You'll also contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all Customer Service goals. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the office at minimum 2x a week.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Selling and Customer Support Activities: + Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.+ Achieve sales goals and customer service metrics, contributing to team achievement of service metrics and all Customer Service goals.+ Actively call out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities.+ Probes for add-on/solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations.+ Recognize and route proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable and/or enter opportunity details into the tools provided.
- Order Management and Customer Service Activities: + Manage all transactions accurately and meeting departmental SLAs.+ Enter orders into the system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements.+ Manage orders by auditing orders for completion and accuracy.+ Process claims, redo/replacement orders, or issuing In-store credit.
- Training: + Attend all required training courses and display appropriate knowledge of materials.+ Attend Customer Service training and achieve a passing mark in the assessments.+ Complete and pass the self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in a timely manner.
- Miscellaneous Activities: + Update ongoing maintenance of Customer Profiles for the customer base (updating records in Admin Panel, Microsoft Dynamics, and other tools).+ Assist the Customer Service Team with administrative duties as assigned.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Experienced Customer Service professional, effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, including spelling, grammar, and proper use of the English language.
- *Technical Skills**
- Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel, required.
- Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal, required.
- Strong organizational skills, required.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, required.
