- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Placing outbound calls to potential customers to discuss auto loan refinancing options
- Educating customers about our products and services, and guiding them through the online enrollment process
- Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm, using a conversation-based approach to uncover their needs and preferences
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, navigating multiple systems and tasks simultaneously to service customer applications and troubleshoot issues
- Building trust and confidence with customers, and taking ownership of their needs and issues to ensure first-call resolution
- Collaborating with experience partners to effectively problem-solve and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Communicating in a professional manner in all settings, and maintaining a positive influence on peers
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting performance goals and delivering results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that meets arenaflex's technical requirements (see below)
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on auto finance or a related industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting performance goals and delivering results
- Strong knowledge of auto finance products and services, with the ability to educate customers and guide them through the online enrollment process
- *Work from Home Technology Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection that meets arenaflex's technical requirements, including: + A minimum download speed of 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred+ A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line-of-sight to every device on the network+ Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP)+ No hotspots or satellite services, as they do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
