- *The Role**
As a Senior Analyst in our Advanced and Direct Client Development Group, you'll be responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels to increase engagement and make arenaflex essential for our Card Members. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Purchaser Marketing, Tech, Brand, Marketing Execution, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition, to deliver results for our Card Members and the business.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development of strategic pitches, updates, and independent valuable card offers across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and partners.
- Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly.
- Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process.
