As a Senior Manager of Engineering & Operations Excellence, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, implement, and execute global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences
  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-functional initiatives and process normalization
  • Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all assigned tasks and initiatives
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned
  • Establish business continuity plans and ensure their effectiveness
  • Quantifiably measure and report on client responsibilities, and utilize continuous improvement tools to target areas where client retention is at risk
  • Ideate and lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention within the market
  • Increase overall knowledge, support, and usage of the Quality Driven Management (QDM) approach, mastery, and certification, and implementation of QDM processes that result in business improvement
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications, such as FedEx QDM Master, highly preferred
  • Proven experience in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping framework scene and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required
  • Agile, PMP, or similar accreditation highly preferred
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement initiatives for cross-functional tasks
  • Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities
  • Strong industry knowledge, proven effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding results
  • Strong understanding of global logistics and transportation industry trends and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration and communication across departments and geographies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making
