About the Role

The Customer Experience Concierge role is far more than a typical hospitality position. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, travel consultant, and lifestyle specialist for our most premium Card Members. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Warm Welcomes and Access: Greet Card Members upon their arrival at the lounge, providing seamless access and making them feel at home from the very first moment.

  • End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take complete accountability for each guest's experience, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations from arrival to departure.

  • Problem Resolution and Innovation: Develop creative solutions to address client concerns, issues, or special requests, transforming potential challenges into opportunities to build profound brand loyalty.

  • Client-First Philosophy: Apply our Client First methodology in every interaction, understanding and anticipating guest needs before they even articulate them.

Qualifications We're Seeking

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a premium client-facing service environment

  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service with proactive solutions

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to charm guests through every interaction

  • Exceptional active listening skills, enabling you to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations

  • Professional demeanor with a consistently positive attitude across all communications
