As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our culinary team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, services, and company policies
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
  • *Responsibilities**
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our menu, promotions, and services
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, services, and company policies

  • *Requirements**
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
