  • *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions, as well as our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that supports our DC operations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
  • Work closely with MHE merchants to resolve data management issues
  • Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
  • Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
  • Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design
  • Implement all future software updates
  • Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
  • Regulate non-exempt staff
  • Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
  • Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
  • Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
  • Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
  • *Required Capabilities:**
  • 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
  • Local presence is required; this is not a remote job
  • *Preferred Capabilities:**
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen
