As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
  • Providing best-in-class service experiences for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, shipping needs, and technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we're maximizing our relationship with them, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
  • Maintaining adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum age of 18 years old.
  • At least 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice.
  • A clean background check and the ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
