As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, order status updates, and other relevant information to customers
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed
- Utilizing arenaflex's customer service software and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
