As an experienced Compliance Analytics Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and execution of compliance risk assessments, managing risk evaluations, and leveraging business intelligence tools to analyze data and inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our compliance team to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that our business operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute compliance risk assessments for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures
  • Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Analytics Manager
  • Analyze and report monitoring results, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports of monitoring results and present findings to business leaders to inform risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (CAPAs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance-related initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring that our compliance programs are aligned with the latest requirements
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, public health)
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring or analysis, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, or similar software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, public health)
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or analysis, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience working with private or sensitive data, with a strong understanding of data protection regulations and standards
  • Experience creating and presenting reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with SQL, data visualization tools, and other related technologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance-related initiatives
