We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely and respond to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud.   • *Primary Responsibilities**
  • Respond to inbound calls from consumers affected by identity theft and consumer fraud
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document consumer data into our secure web application, ensuring accurate and thorough records
  • Offer educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to consumers
  • *Minimum Required Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate our secure web application
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers and internal teams
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take up to 60 days to complete
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken), with additional compensation considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment
  • *Desired Qualifications**
  • Prior call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • General knowledge of federal law and regulations related to identity theft and consumer fraud

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
