We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely and respond to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, documenting consumer complaints into a secure database, and offering educational materials and referrals to help resolve their issues.   • *Primary Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to consumers affected by identity theft and consumer fraud
  • Documenting consumer data into our secure web application to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Providing education and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws to help consumers navigate their issues
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • *Minimum Required Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate our secure web application
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers and colleagues
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take anywhere from 7-60 days to complete
  • Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken), with additional compensation considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment
  • *Desired Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex customer complaints and concerns
  • General knowledge of federal law, with a strong understanding of identity theft resolution and fraud prevention
