We're seeking an experienced Associate Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions. As a key member of our PRM division, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions using machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and maintain code guidelines, participate in code reviews, and document work processes, models, and code
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including upper-level management
  • Coach and collaborate with other colleagues to drive data science and analytics capabilities across the organization
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as data science, business analytics, or operations research, is highly desirable
  • Proven experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a carrier valuing, yield-or income management, income examination, income frameworks, or similar role
  • Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
  • Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field
