You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to identify business opportunities, understand client technical requirements, and design customized security solutions that address unique business challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of arenaflex Cloud Security services across industries, ensuring our clients can confidently protect their data, applications, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Security Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving the success of our security business by building and expanding relationships with both new and existing enterprise clients. Your days will be filled with meaningful work that directly impacts our clients' security posture and business outcomes. Here is what you can expect:
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as the trusted security advisor for enterprise clients, including C-Level executives, Security Leaders, Cloud Security Architects, and Security Operations professionals. Understand their unique security challenges and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with our Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities. Analyze client technical and compliance requirements, develop strategies to address technical blockers, and create compelling proposals that showcase the value of arenaflex security solutions.
- Technical Solution Design: Maintain deep expertise in arenaflex Cloud Security products and services. Design, demonstrate, and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Create proof-of-concept implementations, technical architectures, and integration plans that meet complex enterprise requirements.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Communicate complex security concepts in clear, accessible language that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
- Thought Leadership: Craft persuasive product messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of arenaflex security solutions. Develop white papers, technical documentation, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents that position arenaflex as the preferred security partner.
- Industry Engagement: Attend client sites, industry conferences, and relevant events to build relationships, stay current on market trends, and represent arenaflex as a leader in enterprise cloud security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product Marketing and Engineering teams to provide feedback on product improvements, identify emerging market trends, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of arenaflex security offerings.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in both technical security expertise and client-facing skills. We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of education, experience, and passion for cybersecurity. The following qualifications are required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or cloud-native models in a client-facing or technical sales engineering role. You should have a proven track record of working directly with enterprise clients to solve technical challenges.
- Security Expertise: Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity domains including threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, identity and access management systems, or related areas. You should be comfortable discussing security concepts with both technical and executive audiences.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and articulate complex security concepts to diverse audiences. You should be confident in leading workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive briefings.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly understand client challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet their unique needs.
Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced Education: Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Enterprise Security Experience: Hands-on experience implementing enterprise security solutions including threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of broader product and market trends in the cybersecurity industry, including ransomware threats, attack frameworks, zero trust architecture, compliance requirements, and emerging security technologies.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation abilities with a passion for helping clients succeed.
