Position Overview: Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by serving as the essential link between homeowners seeking home services and our network of professional service providers. You will be responsible for facilitating smooth communication between customers and service professionals, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Interaction (90%): Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via telephone, email, and chat systems. Respond promptly to inquiries from both homeowners seeking services and professional service providers in our network. Build rapport and establish trust with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Service Facilitation: Assist customers in understanding the benefits of using the arenaflex Pro Network to connect with qualified service professionals. Explain the value proposition of our platform and guide users through the process of requesting quotes, scheduling services, and resolving issues.

  • Onboarding Support Professionals: Train and onboard new service providers to the arenaflex platform. Ensure they thoroughly understand all available tools, resources, processes, and best practices. Conduct orientations to help new partners achieve high levels of customer satisfaction from day one.

  • Sales and Quote Facilitation: Work directly with customers to gather service requirements, provide accurate information, and facilitate competitive quotes. Assist in closing deals by addressing customer concerns, highlighting the advantages of our verified service professionals, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions using our online software systems. Maintain comprehensive records of service requests, customer feedback, and follow-up actions. Ensure end-to-end support by researching issues and completing all necessary follow-ups.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to service standards. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback to both customers and service providers. Strive to achieve optimal matching between professional service providers and customer needs.

Essential Qualifications
