  • Customer Education: Educate both customers and service providers about the benefits of utilizing the arenaflex platform. Demonstrate how our services simplify home maintenance and help professionals grow their businesses.

  • Quote Facilitation and Sales Support: Work directly with customers to facilitate price quotes, answer questions about services, and guide them through the booking process. Support efforts to close deals and convert inquiries into completed transactions.

  • Documentation and Follow-up: Accurately record all customer interactions using electronic tracking systems. Ensure end-to-end support by conducting research, following up on pending matters, and verifying that matches between professionals and customers result in successful service outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
